Pine honey is the perfect sweetener for a cup of strong black tea and french toast. I personally like it on local yogurt with walnuts. Excellent for sore throats and coughs and is an anti-inflammatory. Pine Honey was first called honeydew as it is collected by aphids and then refined by the bees – Amen Bee collects pure virgin Pine Honey. It is dark and full of antioxidant properties. It is less sweet and less bitter than flower.
