MY DESIRE to have a thick, but not to thick, so that it makes your bagel, cornbread, or toast crumble. My passion for Raspberries, cinnamon, and apple blossoms led me to pick up a great olive wood spoon and cream my favorite honey’s until I had the perfect constancy. Then as soon as my fresh milled whole wheat bread was popped out the oven; nothing better – as the creamed honey slipped into the bread’s nooks and crannies, not on my hands.
